Cobalt Updates ContentQC Software

Cobalt announces the latest version of its ContentQC pharmaceutical analysis software package for use with the TRS100 content uniformity analyser.  The software, which includes a fully-configurable chemometric tool and database engine, gains an update from version 1.7 to version 2.0.  The update adds a number of key features to enhance the breadth and ease of use in a routine regulated testing environment.

Key features include: Extension of 21 CFR part 11 compliance to the whole software platform, including the audited database system; enhanced security features such as method sign-off for controlled availability of analysis methods amongst the local user community; increased granularity and control of user access; a simplification of the user interface and a new PDF-capable report generation engine.

The new release will be available from the beginning of January.  Cobalt’s existing TRS100 customers should contact Cobalt’s support team to inquire about updating their software.
